Interest rate is good. Their security is too tight though, it takes a lot of efforts to log into my account online (e.g. clicking on the number pad to enter my PIN number)

But overall, it's a good account and I don't really have anything bad to say about it other than the fact that it takes some time to transfer money between my bank account and the ING account. When I have cash, it always goes into my Orange CD account or HSBC high yield savings. Would recommend it to anyone who doesn't mind the lack of physical branches.
