I have been a customer for over a year and think the service is great. I was nervous about electronic checks but it works with relative ease, and moving money around is also simple.

Ultra simple website, high security, and some of the highest interest rates around in both checking and savings. If you don't have the need to write out checks by hand very often, this is a great option: it is an interest bearing checking account with easy ability to shift money around. (When you do need to send a check, you just enter the recipient's info and ING will send it for free.) It se…ems they may have gone a bit overboard in terms of security: they are probably the toughest website to log into as they have several layers of security. Beyond that a great service with great rates.
