They don't guarantee anything! it cost $27 just to speak to them on the phone and after their mistake cost me over $2400. they won't even respond to me! I paid $17.95 to lose $2400. Their forms on their sight look like they are made by a 10 year old. They are all out of line and almost unreadable. Use a more reputable service like TURBOTAX.
