I filed my taxes through Jackson Hewitt for 6 years. I thought they were wonderful and did a great job, until the year the preparer failed to tell me that they forgot to file my state return. I didn't find out for 2 years because I moved to another state and I only found out then because the state I owed taxes to intercepted my Federal Return. When I called Jackson Hewitt to have it researched,… they told me that they had no record of my state return being filed and that it was my responsibility to check their preparer. I respect and admit that I should have paid more attention to what she was doing, but I had become comfortable that they would do a great job. I haven't been back since.

I would recommend them to anyone looking for help around Tax time.
