Water damage in basement reported 23 Oct, 2008. Took two calls to out of state rep to get adjuster on site to inspect 5 days after. Promised call in 3 days. Now 18 days later and 3 calls to out of state rep and 2 calls to local agent and still no answer. Is this company in bankruptcy?
