This is a great loan for just as the title suggests: home repairs/improvements. You get the money that you need with relatively little qualifications necessary. The money must be spent as it says towards improving your home, but it can go to any number of areas. I easily got a loan to put in an underground pool through Key Bank this past summer with a great rate that I've just about paid off.
