I've been a cardholder since 1986. It used to be a good card and the rate was usually competitive. Now I mail my payment to Citibank. Need I say more. Big bank greed is what got us in this mess. So vote with your self discipline and start paying cash or debit card and pay off these grubbers, like I'm doing. Its a poseur, not your old hometown bank

I am and have been a Keybank Platinum Mastercard credit card holder with outstanding credit for 24 years...that is until recently when I was forced into an ugly ultimatum with Keybank's very one sided and unfair credit card agreement policy. Great timing guys...can you say recession. I either had to accept an 11.2% interest rate increase to 17.9% ...or surrender my account. Needless to say I will not be doing business with this bank again in the near future. It's appalling how the banking system with it's corporate greed and irresponsible business practices have all but shattered the economy...but now they want to attack good standing credit card customers to fill the void. They hold no regard of long time customer loyalty with perfect repayment history. I will not be punished for the wrong doing of corporate executives and a few bad people who wrongfully have taken ill advantage of the credit card system. Thankfully I have found a local bank that is willing to set me up and work with me. Hey Keybank...they're treating me like people...remember! What a concept. If your thinking about Keybank. BEWARE!! They'll schmooze you with their offers...and then pull the rug out. They could care less about you. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.
