Not Good!
when to buy new glasses @ lenscrafters had what i wanted and then
come to find out that credit card was close out and no one form the credit
card company call or sent out mail about this, that if you don't use the card offten enough they close it out. but couldn't tell me how long is to long
for not using the card. this was embarressment to me in the store. So we call the number on the back of the card and i ask to speck to the mananger
and the customers services person hung up on me. Oh yes before i ask for the manger the customer service person said that i will have to close that one out and open up a new one, and that was not going to happen because i didn't want another credit hit on my credit history. this is bad business practice.
