There should be a negative rating for this. We had our taxes done there this year, filed for the instant refund, it took 3 months to get part of our taxes, 5 more to get the rest. And we were still charged for the instant refund. Very bad company!

I worked for a Liberty office part time for 3 months this year and never got paid...I was cheated out of $2500 and the corporate office would do nothing about it.

Liberty is absolutly a scam stay away from them....Charge too much and I found multiple errors both this year and last year myself and they have refused to refund my money. They had all the proper paper work and still missed $2400 over the past two years....

"noneofyourbusiness"...if you could of done if for FREE why did you go to Liberty??? Duh...

I got my taxes done for FREE @ Liberty Tax Service and got my refund....in the mail!!!

I usually self prepare with Turbo. I had a change in circumstances and went to Liberty to get help. The preparer was helpful, professional and seemed to know what she was talking about. I had coffee and donuts while I waited. When we were done, I was happy to let her efile for me, but I was somewhat unhappy about the price. We "negotiated" a better price and I left a satisfied customer. I was called later than night by the manager who told me he had personally double checked my return and everything was fine. I definately like the idea of a double check! I will return next year.

these people are untrained! At first the woman told me I was going to have to pay which I knew wasn't right. I had to go over the forms with her again and insist she was wrong- which she was!! She had me paying $79 instead of getting $300 back as I should have. THEN I gave a personal check for the service which she processed electronically and then put thought for deposit again 3 days later. I was charged $215 twice. I've been put through the ringer trying to get my $ back. I still don't have it 2 weeks later. I called the corporate phone # and got completely rude service and was told I could not talk to a manager. These people don't care about the customer and have commited bank fraud. Stay away!!

dont go to the natomas office. I paid an extra 100+ dollars to get my refund in 1-2 days we are on the second day and I CALL THEM TO ASK where my money is and they tell me that they just resubmited my return 5 minutes ago because of THERE MISTAKE. there is also a 100% guarantee for satisfaction. i told them i was not satisfied and they have thus far not gave me my money back......

When I went to Liberty, they were great, they took my return from last year and beat they price I paid lastyear. I itemize and they gave me advice on what i could deduct. They really helped me out and gave me some good advice. Sorry "none" that you had a bad experience, mine was great.

Liberty tax is the biggest bunch of scam artists ive ever delt with beware. Do not use them. they are the most expensive and are flat out liers and just want your money. THEY CHARGED ME $308 DOLLARS FOR WHAT i COULD HAVE DONE FOR FREE.
