This is a scam. My sister bought it and cancelled within the first 10 days because when she went to the doctor they put extremely low and unrealistic caps on doctors' visits and she still ended up paying almost everything out of pocket. I cancelled my policy with them (which was still in underwriting after almost 2 months) and have had to call 3 times since, and still no refund. That was 3 weeks ago, and they finally sent me my cards and policy. But no refund. Either very slick or very stupid.

An agent came to my house and signed me up for a basic health insurance plan. After 2 weeks I went to their website to look for a local provider network and there was no way to search for one so the next day I called their toll free number. I called around 9AM and the automated voice recording told me to call "between 8AM and 5PM." I decided to send them an e-mail asking for a list of local providers. They sent me a reply promptly notifying me that "There are no provider networks in the state of Massachusetts."
A company who would send an agent to Massachusetts knowing that there are no local providers is simply a scam. Please stay away from this company.
