AVOID MERCURY GROUP,
I got a new car and there was a transfer of extended warranty on that and in essential I paid more for that extended warranty...now for some reasons I wasnt able to submit the transfer of extended warranty in few days and now they would not allow me the with the extended warranty, they say its void because i didnt submit in that short duration. This is ridiculous, this is a car that had the extended warranty for another 4 more years and now i have lost it for this reason. I was ready to pay any penalty for reinstating but they wouldnt do it. My advice and also from what I have read on the internet is to keep away from Mercury Insurance....run while you can

i got into a car accident and had to have my car repaired. when i got my car back, not everything was fixed, so i complainted to Mercury Insurance and they pretty much ignored me completely. at the end, i had to threaten them with a lawyer before they sent someone to come check it out. horrible, completely horrible!
