I have been a client of MetLife Auto and Home for 10 years, have had a few claims that were easier to process than I had ever imagined. I would recomend MetLife to all my friends and family.

So far so good. Half a year has passed with Met Life.
Met Life auto deducts from my pay check. I enjoy that feature.
I have both Auto and Home with them.
Of course, there can be turbulence, if and when I claim something.
But I pray that it's money invested wisely and never claim anything.
Come to think of it, I do want to claim something...
Peace of mind...

After cancelling my policy with MetLife, they continued to auto-deduct my account for 16 months, and then had the nerve to send my account to collections when I stopped their auto-debit. All the while, I had with another insurance company for all my vehicles.
I've had to take the issue up with the State Insurance Department as it's not been resolved almost 2 years later. MetLife owes me over $7000.00.
I'll never use MetLife again!

I had to get a lawyer to get my claim payed one year later I got my car from the body shop. I had to keep the insurance and make my payments on a car I could not even get to. yes it is cheap but you get what you pay for.
