I have Metlife homeowners... I had a frozen water pipe that caused a small flood in my home....they were fast to send a company to clean up the water... but after that... I was left high and dry.. They give a name and number of claim asst, but good luck ever reaching them on the phone... I called
for days... climbing over boxes a furniture...only to keep getting a voicemail... and no one calls you back.... When i finally reached this person, she was rude, uncaring.... I am now shopping for a new company....
