As with review #1, personnel never answer phone and don't return calls. Quick to respond to wind damage, no raise in rate....6 months later theft from shed of $2200.00 generator and they were the most rude people to deal with...looking to go back to state farm, they're worth the extra $$ in my opinion. You get what you pay for and it shows with Metlife!!
