MidFirst Bank provides customers a no-cost program to purchase a home, or "Purchase Plus Home Equity Loan," a home equity loan on top of a 1st mortgage, where customers may be able to avoid paying private mortgage insurance in some cases. A MidFirst mortgage account executive or Personal Banker can assist to discuss how these options may work for the customers. Other MidFirst Home Equity Products are also available such as fixed rate loans, lines of credit, land and construction loans, bridge loans and 5/1 equity arm. The account allows customers to borrow up to 100% of their homes equity which 5, 10, 15, 20, and 30 year terms with no closing costs and quick cash - typically 10 days from day the contract is closed.
