IRA from National Bank of Kansas City

National Bank of Kansas City offers two types of IRAs Roth and Traditional. A Roth IRA is an important retirement savings vehicle. Contributions to a Roth IRA are not tax deductible like a Traditional IRA. Assuming all conditions are met, money withdrawn from customers Roth IRA account during retirement is not taxed and, with a Roth IRA, there is no requirement to take minimum distributions after hitting age 70-1/2. A Traditional IRA is a tax-advantaged arrangement that allows earnings and deductible contributions to grow tax-deferred. That means customers don't have to pay income taxes on the earnings and deductible contributions of their IRA until they begin taking withdrawals.
