This is a good checking account for students you are not charged any monthly fees however you do have to watch out for hidden disclosure statements and hidden fees they charge you. I'm actually no longer using national city their customer serivce is horrible I can't stay with a company that thinks the customer is always wrong.

This is primarily for people who just want a place to keep their money. There aren't any fees or anything like that to worry about. It's just the straight ahead checking account choice from National City. You get the basics like online banking which seems to be the norm these days, but it makes things a lot easier for keeping track of your funds and making payments.
