This is a basic checking account from NC. I think that although you aren't charged by NC for using other bank atms, the other bank still charges you, that's the catch. Online baning is especially nice though I've got to admit it makes paying bills pretty easy, I have all of mine on automatic payments so I never forget or am late on a payment.
