This plan is a decreasing term insurance that will pay up to $300,000 on the balance of your mortgage loan in the case of a covered injury. No health exams or medical records to submit, and a second person may be covered at half-price. If the insured person dies for a reason not covered by the policy, the plan will refund the last five years of paid premiums to the beneficiary.
