This review is from Auto Insurance from Nationwide

Nationwide is a horrible company to deal with and I feel sorry for anyone who has them for their auto insurance. I was recently involved in a car accident with someone who has nationwide insurance. The nationwide insurance policy holder rear-ended my vehicle and caused damage to my car and some injuries to myself. I have been calling Nationwide for over a week and have left messages for the adjustor to look at my vehicle as well as let them know what the doctors have said. I have not heard from them once. I have tried to get estimates on my vehicle and the auto body shops in the area refuse to look at the car because it is going through Nationawide Insurance. The auto body shops refuse to work on cars covered by Nationwide becaus eNationwide does not pay out their claims and often refuse to pay for the work that the auto body shops feel need to be fixed. Many of the auto body shop owners not only end up eating the unpaid portion of repairs, but often can't fix all damages done to vehicles since Nationawide refuses to pay and then the local shops get a bad reputation for the repairs. It absolutely disgusts be how a national company like Nationwide deals with their claims. The should be ashamed of themselves the way they screw over people.
