Even thought I don't like Paypal, I kind of like their debit card. With instant cash back, I can go out and buy something, then the amount would be deducted from my PayPal account, but I would get the cashback right away as well. The cashback used to be 1.5%, but it's now only 1%, which is still okay.

Only concern I have is the security much like any debit card out there.
