Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!
My children received these as christmas gifts. By the time went to use them, before the expiration date, they had been depleted by fees. What theivry by VISA to take the money right off the card at the seventh month after activation. Pretty despicable.

I received this card as a gift and I couldn't have been happier with it. It was nice to have a spending limit when I went out with it!

I've used these on several occasions, and they're real lifesavers for those of us who don't like using our regular credit cards, since I can't spend more than I put on it. The $5 charge per card is a bit steep, but not too much of a problem when you're getting larger amounts. I also like that these don't charge $2.50 for a balance inquiry like most do.

Also, they make amazing gifts. I have an 11 year old,who is hard to shop for, she he's been getting these lately.
