PNC Bank Visa Gift Cards can be purchased at most PNC Bank branches or on its website. You cha choose the value you want between $25 and $500. It can be used to make purchases at retail stores, restaurants, over the phone, online; anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted for purchases.

My children received these as christmas gifts. By the time went to use them, before the expiration date, they had been depleted by fees. What theivry by VISA to take the money right off the card at the seventh month after activation. Pretty despicable.
I received this card as a gift and I couldn't have been happier with it. It was nice to have a spending limit when I went out with it!
I've used these on several occasions, and they're real lifesavers for those of us who don't like using our regular credit cards, since I can't spend more than I put on it. The $5 charge per card is a bit steep, but not too much of a problem when you're getting larger amounts. I also like that these don't charge $2.50 for a balance inquiry like most do.
Also, they make amazing gifts. I have an 11 year old,who is hard to shop for, she he's been getting these lately.
