Quicken Loans' FHA Express Loan is a version of the stable and popular FHA Loan, created by the Federal Housing Administration. FHA loans require a small down payment and offer the most choices for refinancing, especially with cash out. Features include down payment at 3% of the price of the home, first-time home buyers can get a tax credit up to $7500, customers can get the FHA loan without having to use any of their own money as a down payment and seller concessions up to 6% of the home purchase price. Refinancing options are also provided from Quicken Loans. On October 1, 2008, FHA down payment assistance will be discontinued. Also, the minimum 3% down payment will rise.
