We were not near a Regions Bank and had a CD that matured, asked for proceeds to be mailed to us. Check never came. They claim they cannot mail check and now want to charge penalty to redeem the CD. I am writing the BBB to file complaint and will continue to persue this.

Great bank to get a CD with a variety of term options and very good rates. For those that dont want to deal with market risk but want some return on their savings, this is a great option.
