The apr is okay on this card. The Customer Service Department has minimal wait time when you call in with a question. I've always had any problems resolved in one phone call. It's nice to be able to pay over the phone, at the bank, or by mail.

I am very satisfied with my credit card. at one point i had fallen on hard times and had extreme trouble paying my fees. but after calling the customer service department, they helped me so much, and i was able to eventually pay off the whole card.

My apr is very low and the card had no annual fee which is great. The my Concierge is awesome, always helpful. When i leave home though it is hard to find a regions bank
