I had an accident with someone who had Safeway insurance. The accident was their fault. Safeway accepted responsibility but was terrible to deal with. They wanted to undercut everything. They would not give an inch. They would only go by their estimates it didn't matter what it was rreally going to cost to get the car fixed right. They even denied that some of the damage had actually happened in the wreck. I had to argue with them about everything. They kept telling me they would pay my deductible and my insurance company could pay for my car to be fixed. I thought this was pretty unfair since it wasn't my fault, but in order to get my car fixed right this is what I had to do. My insurance company took over and said they would get their money back from Safeway. I would never recommend Safeway to anyway. They are terrible to deal with.

I have dealt with this company before and they will play nice to get your business but when you need them they are completely two face and will do whatever it takes keep them from losing money. Rest assured this company is not looking out for you the consumer. If you live in IL and have this company, be very weary of an adjuster named Brian Lildebrand and his supposed manager Michael Tomory who will take anything you say and twist the words tow ork in their defense. They in my opinion are crooked and if you have this company..GET OUT!!!
