While the procedures for savings are a little bit tricky, the rate is well worth it. Smarty Pig sells itself as a place to save for particular things, rather than general saving. Interested in the latter, however, I have no problem picking "miscellaneous" as a goal, and watching the savings pick up. Its a good product.
