I have an old mutual fund in Smith Barney and generally let it sit and do its thing. When I have had a need to log onto the web site or contact someone the service has been reliable.
The site is a bit antiquated and not the most user friendly, but the customer service number is pretty good. Short wait times and I always get the information I need.
Overall, not too bad.
