Future Income Flex Annuities from State Farm

State Farm Future Income Flex is a variable deferred annuity in which the money you contribute during the accumulation phase of the annuity is invested in securities through managed funds. This means that the total value of your annuity can increase or decrease more than the sum value of your payments plus a guaranteed interest rate. It all depends on the performance of what your payments are invested in. Additional fees for the management of your funds are applied.

There is a great way to save for your retirement, it's money you can't outlive. There is even a death benefit in the unfortunate case that you die, your family or beneficiaries are taken care of. There is a 10% tax penalty I believe if you withdraw the money before you reach 59 and a half. I believe this is standard with most annuities.
