I have worked with other 401K programs and none of them are user friendly as T Rowe Price. They are always send updates and brochures on how to improve your investments. They send out statements monthly. They also have great online tools that show you and suggest risk levels that are right for you.

I have been with T. Rowe Price for about a year and a half. Their service has been excellent, both online and over the phone. Their website is helpful and easy to use. They have been especially helpful during this recession.

The price was low but it is fairly limited. It is good for companies and their employees and the customer service has been good so far

I'm not sure if it's my company or T Rowe price, but the plan selection is way too limited. One option for small cap, one for medium, one for large. A tech fund and a emerging market fund. If you find value in selection then I don't think T Rowe Price is good.
