This review is from Visa Buxx Prepaid Card from US Bank

I got my 14 year old son a US Bank Visa Buxx card, It seemed to be a good idea, but my son had problems with his ATM pin number, and tried to access his account multiple times (trying from memory to get his pin number right). When I looked at next month's statement, I noticed multiple "ATM Decline Fees", one for each time his tried to access his own account! Talk about predatory fees. I understand NSF fees, because there is a cost to the bank to handle bounced checks, but to charge for a decline on an ATM is unacceptable. Small fees add up over time. I would not recommend this card, unless you want to teach your child about the ways bank prey on their customers.
