My low rating is partially because I have had a bad experience with their customer service and because the product was not good for me. We got this card recently, but the application process took a while and my card never showed up, had to be resent. The customer service people were hard to deal with and wouldn't answer many questions directly. The card itself once we got it was ok, but we c…ancelled it shortly after due to the customer service problems.

The WorldPerks card is convenient especially for frequent flyers and flyers of Northwest Airlines. Just for enrolling you get a free 7500 mile bonus. You get $250000 in travel accident insurance, as well.
