I am extremely disappointed in the little or no knowledge of your customer service dept and supervisors regarding your program that invited me to participate in shopping at 5 different stores and receiving a $40 credit. I have not received the credit even though I fulfilled my obligation and I can't get anyone on your staff that even knows about the program. amexnetwork.com/usaa40 is the program and it has been handled very poorly.
