I am extremely disappointed in the little or no knowledge of your customer service dept and supervisors regarding your program that invited me to participate in shopping at 5 different stores and receiving a $40 credit. I have not received the credit even though I fulfilled my obligation and I can't get anyone on your staff that even knows about the program. amexnetwork.com/usaa40 is the prog…ram and it has been handled very poorly. I still don't have the $40 credit and to talk to someone about it again with cost me another hour. I have spent at least two hours on the phone with AX and USAA. Toni Hayward (7600 806-4919

This is a nice card for military families. My only complaint is that AE isn't accepted everywhere. I went to a concert last week and didn't have any other cash on me but they wouldn't accept visa. Unfortunately we went home empty handed as a result and the kids were upset.
For military families, this is the best card that is out there. A great interest rate and cash back percentage, you save everytime you spend on the card.
