Once again, I have to give it to USAA. They've insured my car in NC, MD, and MA and it's always the same: The customer service is helpful, like Ari said, human, and fast. Easy to deal with whether you want to change your policy or file a claim. And my impression is that their pricing is competitive, though I haven't done much comparison given that the service is so great. Highly recommended.

When I was involved in a car accident, the other party had USAA insurance. My friends prepared me for how difficult other insurance companies can be. Fortunately, that was not the case.

Within a few days, USAA worked out a quote for my car. And within two weeks, I had a check at hand. More impressive was the fact my USAA agent responded quickly to all my inquiries.

I would never wish something like this to happen to anyone but the stress of it was more manageable dealing with a competent company on the other end.

I have been with USAA since I started driving. The customer service for auto policies is amazing -- they are real people!

Had a few accidents which they covered completely and fast.
