USAA is the best financial institution I have ever done business with, bar none. I have been using this savings account for over 10 years now and have never considered leaving them; mainly because their customer service is top notch. Plus, they always have competitve interest rates on their savings account making it worth it. They were innovative in terms of getting online banking going and their online banking system is very easy to use and navigate. Many people wonder how I handle not having a branch to go to but it has been easy from day one. They provide the envelopes to mail deposits, their 24-hour customer service is always great, and they have always helped me find ways to save and stay on track, financially.
