These are probably the lowest cost ETFs you'll find. Vanguard, after all, is a not-for-profit company, so shareholder interests' are aligned.

Be careful where you buy them (Merrill Lynch vs a discount broker) as trading fees can vary.

Vanguard has some of the lowest expense ratio fees out there. They are definitely worth taking a look at. A major improvement over 100% of the mutual funds out there.

I have been in the ETF market for some time now but this by far has the lowest expense fees. With no load fees for entering or exting or 12b-1 fees and an expense ratio of around .07, I think Vanguard is great. ETF's are managed electronically anyways, so why would you want to pay more than you have to?
