I question Victoria Insurance is viable or legitimate. I am not convinced Victoria follows federal and state guidelines as an insurance carrier and I think they are in trouble with Dept of Homeland Security for insuring illegal drivers. I am contending with their highly illiterate claims department and am researching information to file a Class action A Lawsuit against this currupt organization under Nationwide.
