A good, if not excellent account. It is interest bearing and offers a number of free or discounted products with it. It comes with free personal checks, free official checks, travelers checks, safe deposit box, discounted loan rates and a money market account with no minimum balance. The online banking features are top-rate and Billpay is a breeze. The minimum balance requirement takes your whole relationship into account including mortgages, credit cards and equity lines and is easily met. It offers two non-Wachovia ATM withdrawals per month with no Wachovia fee, which is kind of stingy compared to some banks that will even refund you the other ATM's charges for all transactions. This isn't much of a problem though as Wachovia/Wells Fargo have a huge ATM network.
