When I began school I didn’t know what financial institution to select, so I chose the one that I had a good experience with, Wachovia. I’ve had my student loans for nearly 5 years and haven’t had one bad experience. I can remember when I was running into some financial difficulties, I phoned the customer service department and told them my story. The rep’s were empathetic and extended my due date several weeks.
