Wachovia's customer service made me glad I picked them for my Stafford Loan. I had some problems getting my address updated after I moved but they smoothed it out kindly and concisely. They have both subsidized and unsubsidized loans, and you can get them separately or together. When I go back to school I will certainly call on them again.

Wachovia bank has been a great asset for me as far as student loans go. I need a loan for my schooling, and Wachovia had very competitive rates. Also, their customer service has been great, as I've had to call them a few times to ask some questions. I would highly recommend getting a Stafford loan from Wachovia. You won't regret it (for the education and the lack of hassle!).

The Federal Stafford Loan from Wachovia was, by far, the best loan I've taken out. The process, which I completed online, was amazingly simple, easy, and quick. I did have trouble signing into my FAFSA in order to e-sign for the loan, but I think that was the FAFSA website having troubles. Otherwise, I really enjoyed this process, and will recommend it over any other loan service, hands down. The form was, again, very easy to fill out, and the e-signing process was very convient. Not to mention, there website was clear and concise, straight and to the point, making it easy for someone like me to complete a loan.
