I will never ever work with Wachovia on a home loan or refinance again. They have lousy service, loan reps that keep changing and nothing gets done. No wonder they failed! I have been waiting for a refi since Oct. I think they intentionally are waiting for rates to go up so they dont have to give up so much money. I am reporting them to Better Business Bureau, my Congressman and the FDIC. Doing business with them has been a nightmare.
