Probably the single best product Wachovia offers. Excellent rates, great rewards program and credit lines provide you with their top Checking accounts with no minimum balance requirements. In addition to all that you can use the card as overdraft protection if you sometimes cut it close. The underwriting is pretty stringent but if you qualify it is really an excellent product. Plus you can combine your rewards points from you debit card as well to redeem top items. A+

I own a small business and have a Wachovia Bank Visa Credit Card. Last month (January 2009), I evidently received a bill for $5.00 either misplaced it or accidentally disposed of it. I received a letter in the mail on Tuesday, Febraury 17, 2009, stating that my bill was overdue and that the $5.00 was due immediately. I paid the bill, in full, the next day for the entire balance of over $3,600. The next day, I received a call from someone at Wachovia Business Credit Cards about my bill. I understand that I was delinquent, however, this "gentleman" was very abrasive. I apologized for my oversight (which is my FIRST occurrence). He ask some very abrupt questions and then I, once again, began to apologize and he HUNG UP ON ME. No "goodbye", "have a nice day" VERY RUDE!!! I know in these financial times, banks must be prudent in receiving payments on time. However, I don't believe that abrasive authoritativenss needs to be used in accomplishing that goal.

I'm very shocked and disappointed in the way he handled my FIRST oversight and the fact that the check truly "was in the mail" for an amount that wasn't due for another week or more.

I tried to obtain a Wachovia credit card the other week. I was unfortunately turned down becuase they said I have no credit. However, I pay for an apartment, cell phone bills, etc. I was annoyed that they are not making me send in additional paperwork to prove my credit worthiness. However, I look forward to getting my card because they have very low fixed APR rates.

took a while to get approved for this credit card but im glad i have it. 0% APR is great and their customer service hasalways been very helpful. i would recommend this card
