Wachovia Bank they have it all.They have treated my family well. the rewards check card is great.It hasmany things you can reward your family or yourself.with by using the credits instead of debit it gives you points. the internet is easy to use.the teller are friendly.
As much as I dislike their checking account service, I like this card. I have a Discover credit card, which is not accepted everywhere. Between Visa and my Discover card, I have something that I know will work everywhere. In my location, Wachovia ATMs are also the only machines allowed on campus. The rewards are a joke, though. Just like with Wachovia's savings accounts, the rates they offer on rewards in puny compared to many other debit cards I have looked at.
I re-registered my personal data and noticed that my name is incorrect on the Welcome Page. I am getting a complete runaround to correct Wachovia's error. Also, they sent me the wrong program information after I received the initial package damaged.They claim#1 in customer satisfaction for seven years in a row, but that is a real phony story!
