At first I loved to be able to view my credit score online, but once I entered the wrong password (by accident) for my account, it blocked me. It said to call customer service, which I did. When I wasn't waiting forever to speak to someone, they gave me the runaround when trying to reset my password. I loved the card, the customer service, not so much.

I have had my Wamu card for a year now. I love being able to view my credit score online. Also I have never had any problems with this company, and I have had to contact customer service for fraudulent charges.

This is the first credit card ive ever had. It was easy to get and i got a pretty high credit limit on it. the website is also really easy to navigate, i can pay it online using my checking account

this platinum credit card from washington mutual is a fairly basic card with not much of the bells and whistles. i got a 0% apr for the first 6 months, and after that, it was around 7.5%. i also got a fairly high credit limit on it. since i carry a balance on my credit card, this card works fairly well and i don't have much to complaint about it.
