I will never do business with Wells Fargo again ,We purchased my car thru them and make pmts ontime ,I decided to pay off the loan and tried telling them that I would pay the car off within 2 weeks ,They wouldnt listen to me and ,just because my name wasnt on the note ,only my husbands ,I mailed the full balance in 2 days ago and it is only past due by one week ,Just got a call fromthem and the man was very rude ,I told him the balance was already mailed ,and he wouldnt listen to me ,he wanted ot speak to my husband (which is at work and and gets in late ),Very rude customer service ,Kept telling me Im not listenting to you ,Obviously no one else did either when I called them and told them last week,to put note on account,

We got a loan in 2006 from wellsfargo for our car. i can tell you we will never ever use them again. be very careful if you authorize payments by phone because they will take twice the amount without your permission and then tell you that you indeed gave your permission. then they will continue to try to take funds out of your account without your permission. And believe me when i say that they will never admit to a mistake. If you value your money DO NOT go with wells fargo. i have been fighting for a month over an unauthorized payment even with proof from our bank that they were denied access they turn around and keep trying. Every one you talk to there can't give you the same answer. They will tell you you are talking to a supervisor when in fact they are not a supervisor at all. Customer service even told me that collections do that just because the supervisors don't want to be bothered with you. I had to get customer service to get me a real supervisor and who knows if they were still telling the truth. The bottom line is NEVER GO WITH WELLS FARGO FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!!!

I have had a Wells Fargo Auto Loan for a couple of years now and I'm not very pleased with it. I've had perfect payment history and they still will not refinance my loan. I have a high interest rate, but thats because I was a first time car buyer. The one good thing I can say is that they would actually give me a first time buyer auto loan, which was very nice. Other than that, the customer service is nice and courteous.

I will never use Wells Fargo again. I got behind on my car loan... which I take full responsibility for but they were calling me and my husband and threatening and harrassing us. It was horrible.

Though WF Auto ain't perfect, they've always been very helpful and friendly. I think their customer service quality has greatly increased since I first got this loan about two years ago. They gave me a great deal with the monthly payment - $50 a month less and no money down compared to competitor offers - and they're always sweet and understanding when I'm late or need an extension. The problem is that a couple of times, my online account has vanished and I've had to start new ones. But overall, I'm satisfied.

We purchased our car in January 2008 and have no problems with Wells Fargo. Our interest rate is high but that is due to our credit report, they gave us a car loan regardless of our score. Everytime i call regarding the loan the representatives are helpful and knowledgable.
