I have been a Wells Fargo customer for 6 years. I all of my accounts there - business and personal. The Complete Advantage checking account is easy to use - you can manage your account online, and can view online images of your checks for free. The one complaint I have with Wells is that the in-branch tellers are disgustingly and forcedly friendly - "How are you today? Are you having a good day? Oh, what do you do for a living? Wow, that is so interesting!" I have gotten to the point where I tell the teller straight out, "I'm in a hurry, please just perform the transaction, I don't wish to make small talk." Despite that, I have been very happy with Wells' services.

Wells Fargo is a great bank. Although its business seems to be a bit conservative, it brings me more confidence. I have used its Checking Package service more than a year, and I totally satisfy. Wells Fargo provide me free debit cards, free check books, and free online management of my accounts. I could transfer balance between my accounts fast and free. The most advantage Wells Fargo provides me is its Express Send service. I could send money to my family and friends in other countries with a very low fee (4$ for a $3000 transaction).

I am reasonably happy iwth Wells Fargo. My wife and I have been customers for several years. My only frustration is the fact that I constantly seem get "up selling": from the tellers when I deposit a check. They always seem to want to sign me up for some new program, change my account, etc. I just want to get in and out!
