Federal PLUS Loan
from Wells Fargo
Parents of undergraduate students can apply for a fixed-rate PLUS loan from Wells Fargo to help their child pay for college-related expenses. Parents can borrow from $200 up to the cost of education and postpone payments for up to five years while the student is enrolled at least half-time. There are no early payment fees but parents can expect to pay 3% origination fee on the loan.
