This account has two different tiers of interest. You get .10% apy if you keep up to $25,000 in the account. You get 1.65% if you keep $25,000 or more. There's obviously incentive to keep more money if you have it, it can make for a great way to save for retirement or college outside of an IRA or 529, respectively.
