A Wells Fargo Secured Personal Line of Credit allows a borrower to draw on a larger amount of credit by securing the line of credit with a Wells Fargo savings account, CD or investments. Consumers have the option of borrowing between $10,000 and $250,000 at a variable APR that is generally lower than that of a regular loan.
