A Simplified Employee Pension plan is a way for small business owners and their employees to make tax-deductible contributions for retirement savings. In 2008, you can contribute up to 25% of your income or $46,000 (whichever is less). You'll have access a variety of investments, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, saving accounts and CDs.

This is ideal for small business employees as it says to still take advantage of an IRA. This is a great way to save some tax advantaged money for your retirement early. There are some caps in effect, though. Wells Fargo also gives you access to other investments as part of the deal as it says.
